Program Communications
The DLEV Studio PC Platform™ may deliver communication-related questionnaires, profile enrichment activities, research participation requests, care coordination messages, scheduling notifications, platform updates, device-related notifications, and other service communications to users who have provided appropriate consent or otherwise authorized participation.
Communications may be delivered through SMS text messaging, email, mobile applications, web-based interfaces, connected devices, or other supported communication channels.
Message Frequency
Communication frequency varies based on user participation, platform activity, program enrollment, and service requirements. Typical SMS interaction sessions may consist of approximately 1–10 messages, although message volume may vary depending on user activity and program participation.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan and service agreement. DLEV Studio is not responsible for charges imposed by mobile carriers, internet service providers, or third-party communication providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent
By providing contact information, enrolling in a program, authorizing a connected device, or otherwise participating in DLEV Studio services, you consent to receive communications related to platform operations, service delivery, research activities, scheduling, support, device connectivity, account administration, and other authorized communications.
Where required by law, express written consent will be obtained before sending automated SMS communications.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Connected Devices and Third-Party Services
Certain DLEV Studio services may integrate with third-party devices, sensors, applications, or service providers, including health and wellness devices, communication providers, cloud platforms, and software services.
By authorizing such integrations, users acknowledge that information may be transmitted between DLEV Studio and authorized third-party systems in accordance with applicable privacy policies, user permissions, and service agreements.
Opt-Out Instructions
Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Following a STOP request, a single confirmation message may be sent, and no further SMS communications will be delivered unless the user subsequently re-enrolls or provides renewed consent.

Privacy
Information submitted through communications programs, connected devices, platform interactions, and related services is handled in accordance with the DLEV Studio Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data, consent records, and related SMS information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide authorized communication services, comply with legal requirements, or support platform operations.
