Program Description
The DLeV Studio PC Platform SMS Program delivers profile enrichment questionnaires and care-coordination notifications to opted-in users via SMS.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies per enrichment session. A typical session consists of 1–10 messages, initiated only when profile data is identified as missing. You will not receive unsolicited recurring messages.

Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. DLeV Studio is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions
Reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START or visit dlevstudio.com/sms-optin.

Participating carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Boost Mobile, and US Cellular. Carrier support may vary.
