The Interdisciplinary Vision Behind DLEV Studio

S. Vincent Grasso, DO, MSIS, MBA is the Founder and Principal Architect of DLEV Studio, an AI systems architect, physician executive, researcher, and inventor whose career has evolved across clinical medicine, surgery, medical informatics, enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, and complex systems design.

Through Grasso & Co., LLC, Dr. Grasso develops and leads the advancement of a growing portfolio of proprietary intellectual property spanning healthcare, communication science, artificial intelligence, enterprise software, and human–AI systems. DLEV Studio reflects his interdisciplinary approach to translating that intellectual property through scientific research, enterprise software development, strategic partnerships, licensing, commercialization, and the formation of dedicated operating companies.

Dr. Grasso's career spans more than two decades of clinical, technical, and executive leadership. He completed general surgical training through the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, advanced minimally invasive surgical training at Yale University, and medical informatics training through the NASA–Yale Commercial Space Center for Medical Informatics and Technology Applications. His subsequent work has included healthcare technology and artificial intelligence leadership across healthcare organizations and multinational technology companies, including IPsoft, Panasonic North America, LGS Global, and multiple healthcare delivery organizations.

His work in artificial intelligence and enterprise systems has included conversational AI, multimodal communication systems, clinical workflow automation, healthcare interoperability, remote and decentralized healthcare, intelligent screening systems, and human–AI interaction. This experience provides the interdisciplinary foundation for the intellectual property and enterprise platforms now being advanced through DLEV Studio.

Dr. Grasso is also active in academic research and education. He serves as a Clinical Professor at Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine and has served as a Research Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of New Mexico. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Medical University of Lublin, where his research focuses on Precision Clinical Communicomics™ and the translation of communication science into scalable healthcare applications.

As the first operating-company implementation of the DLEV Studio model, Dr. Grasso founded M4 Salud LLC to begin deploying and commercializing selected healthcare innovations derived from the Grasso & Co. intellectual property portfolio. Through M4 Salud, he remains directly involved in physician-led decentralized healthcare delivery, creating a continuous connection between clinical practice, technology development, real-world implementation, and commercialization.

This integration of medicine, science, engineering, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship defines the approach behind DLEV Studio: developing strategic intellectual property and advancing it from concept and scientific inquiry into operational technologies, enterprise platforms, and new commercial ventures.
