Founder and Principal Architect

S. Vincent Grasso, DO, MSIS, MBA is the Founder and Principal Architect of DLEV Studio and the inventor of the Precision Communicomics™ Platform. He leads the commercialization of proprietary enterprise AI software architectures developed from the intellectual property portfolio owned by Grasso & Co., LLC.

His work focuses on designing and commercializing enterprise AI platforms that combine communication science, machine learning, autonomous agents, and workflow intelligence to improve engagement, operational efficiency, and decision-making across complex organizations.

Dr. Grasso's career spans clinical medicine, advanced minimally invasive surgery, health informatics, enterprise software architecture, behavioral communication science, and healthcare technology leadership. He has held leadership, systems architecture, and advisory roles across multinational technology companies, healthcare organizations, and public-sector initiatives, including collaborations involving Panasonic, IPsoft, and LGS Global.

He maintains an active New Jersey medical license, ensuring all architected healthcare software solutions remain strictly grounded in real-world clinical operations, medical communication standards, compliance frameworks, and practical care delivery workflows.

Academically, his training spans adult primary care, surgery, informatics, systems engineering, behavioral communication, and business process design. He completed surgical training through the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Yale University systems, followed by advanced medical informatics fellowship training through the NASA–Yale Commercial Space Center for Medical Informatics and Technology Applications (CSCMITA) focused on high-reliability human–machine systems. He holds graduate degrees in Information Systems (MSIS), Business Administration (MBA) and is currently a doctoral candidate researching Precision Clinical Communicomics™ and the translation of communication science into scalable enterprise software platforms.
