M4 Salud LLC is the first healthcare operating company established to begin deploying and commercializing selected technologies and care models derived from the Grasso & Co. intellectual property portfolio and advanced through DLEV Studio.

M4 Salud is a New Jersey physician-led healthcare organization focused on decentralized healthcare delivery across private residences, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other community-based settings.

A central technology supporting this model is Precision Clinical Communicomics™ for Aging in Place, an enterprise platform combining intelligent communication, multimodal artificial intelligence, remote monitoring, edge computing, and workflow orchestration to support longitudinal patient engagement, care coordination, and proactive healthcare delivery outside traditional institutional settings.

The platform is designed to integrate communication intelligence with physiological monitoring, behavioral observation, and other authorized data sources to help identify emerging risks, support individualized care plans, and enable timely clinical intervention. Its privacy-first architecture supports local processing of computer vision and sensor data where appropriate while transmitting authorized clinical and operational information to the enterprise environment.

Within M4 Salud's evolving care model, these technologies can support physician-led medical care, remote monitoring, cognitive health, care coordination, nutritional support, rehabilitation, home safety, and consumer technologies that support mobility and independent living.
