The Precision Clinical Communicomics™ (PCC™) Platform is developed through DLEV Studio and is built upon the proprietary intellectual property portfolio owned by Grasso & Co., LLC. DLEV Studio serves as the company's interdisciplinary research, development, validation, and commercialization environment, transforming scientific innovation into enterprise software solutions for healthcare and other communication-intensive industries.

Rather than directly providing healthcare services, DLEV Studio licenses the PCC Platform to healthcare organizations and physician practices for deployment within their own controlled clinical environments. Each licensed organization is solely responsible for patient care, regulatory compliance, governance, security, and the management of protected health information, while DLEV Studio provides the licensed enterprise software platform.

The initial clinical implementation of the PCC Platform is through M4 Salud LLC, a New Jersey physician practice founded by Dr. S. Vincent Grasso to advance decentralized models of healthcare delivery. While providing physician services across skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, private residences, and other community-based settings, M4 Salud also serves as a physician-led clinical innovation environment where new approaches to communication, artificial intelligence, remote patient monitoring, care coordination, and technology-enabled healthcare delivery can be responsibly evaluated under real-world clinical conditions.

This physician-led implementation extends beyond traditional software deployment. Clinical experience continuously informs the ongoing evolution of the Precision Clinical Communicomics™ Platform, allowing operational workflows, communication strategies, artificial intelligence capabilities, and digital health technologies to be refined through direct observation of patient care.
