Scientific Advisory Oversight

Independent, Non-Binding Review in Support of Governed System Execution

Purpose

Scientific Advisory Oversight exists to provide independent, non-binding guidance regarding the scientific validity, translational boundaries, governance posture, and evaluative framing of systems assessed within the Studio execution environment.

Its purpose is to challenge assumptions, test framing, and surface blind spots early — before systems encounter broader institutional, funding, operational, or commercial pressures.

Scope of Advisory Input

Advisory input may include perspective on:

  • scientific and clinical framing of system architectures

  • translational feasibility and operational boundary conditions

  • evaluation assumptions and methodological coherence

  • governance posture, ethical considerations, and institutional risk

Advisory engagement is focused on architectural intent, evaluative framing, and governance considerations rather than operational execution or implementation detail.

Boundary Conditions

Scientific Advisory Oversight operates strictly in an independent advisory capacity.

Advisors do not participate in:

  • operational system execution

  • implementation activities

  • commercialization or venture activity

  • institutional representation on behalf of the Studio or Grasso & Co., LLC

Participation does not imply authorship, inventorship, endorsement, ownership interest, or responsibility for downstream execution decisions.

Engagement Model

Advisory engagement is intentionally limited and structured to preserve independence, rigor, and evaluative clarity.

  • engagements are time-bounded and scoped to defined review intervals or questions

  • no standing operational role or ongoing obligation is assumed

  • advisory feedback may be oral or written and remains non-binding

  • execution responsibility remains entirely within the Studio and its parent entity

This model is designed to support clarity without entanglement.

Relationship to Governance

Scientific Advisory Oversight functions as one component within the Studio’s broader governance architecture.

Advisory input informs — but does not control — internal decisions regarding system continuation, refinement, correction, or discontinuation. Governance authority remains entirely within the Studio and Grasso & Co., LLC.

Membership

The Scientific Advisory Board is intentionally small and selectively curated.

Membership is by invitation only and may include individuals with senior experience in clinical practice, scientific research, systems engineering, ethics, institutional governance, or translational infrastructure.

Public disclosure of membership, where applicable, occurs solely at the discretion of the Studio.

Relationship to Intellectual Property

Scientific Advisory Oversight does not confer inventorship, ownership, licensing rights, or intellectual property interests related to systems held by Grasso & Co., LLC.

Technical implementations, system methods, and execution-layer architectures remain outside the scope of standard advisory disclosure unless otherwise defined through separate written agreement.
