This oversight infrastructure is engineered to challenge underlying technical assumptions, verify architectural framing, and proactively mitigate systemic risk early—ensuring all platform architectures scale predictably prior to encountering broader institutional, funding, or commercial market integration pressures.

Scope of Advisory Input:

• Scientific and Clinical Architectural Alignment: Evaluates the technical and domain-specific framing of software systems to ensure strict compliance with modern clinical, corporate, and computational requirements.

• Translational Feasibility Parameters: Assesses the real-world operational scalability and boundary conditions governing deep-tech deployments within complex institutional frameworks.

• Methodological and Analytical Coherence: Reviews algorithmic performance assumptions, data-routing methodologies, and structural logic across the platform ecosystem.

• Risk Management and Governance Posture: Provides advanced risk-modeling perspective regarding ethical data practices, resident privacy mandates, and corporate compliance structures.

Advisory engagement remains tightly focused on core architectural design intent, translational framing, and high-level risk management considerations rather than localized software execution or internal database implementation details.

Defensive Boundary Conditions

The Advisory Oversight framework operates strictly in an independent, strategic capacity. To maintain absolute corporate separation and protect core assets, advisors do not participate in:

• Operational Software Execution: Advisors hold no backend programming, direct system access, or internal software execution authority.

• Implementation Activities: No involvement in day-to-day corporate engineering, site deployment, or internal IT integrations.

• Commercialization or Venture Activity: No direct participation in active commercial scaling, client acquisition pipelines, or capital structure management.

• Institutional Representation: Advisors carry no corporate authority to represent or legally bind DLEV Studio or Grasso & Co., LLC before external entities.

Participation within this framework does not confer or imply authorship, inventorship, product endorsement, corporate ownership interest, or legal responsibility for downstream software execution and licensing decisions.

Engagement and Governance Model

Advisory engagement is intentionally scoped, time-bounded, and structured to preserve absolute analytical rigor, corporate independence, and governance clarity.

• Scoped Review Intervals: System engagements are strictly time-bounded and mapped to specific technical milestones or defined governance inquiries.

• Zero Operational Entanglement: No standing operational corporate roles or ongoing fiduciary obligations are assumed by the board.

• Non-Binding Analytical Feedback: Advisory input may be delivered orally or in writing, serving as a non-binding strategic asset to the firm.

• Absolute Internal Authority: Executive responsibility, technical execution, and corporate control remain exclusively within DLEV Studio and its parent entity, Grasso & Co., LLC. This model is engineered to deliver maximum cognitive range without operational entanglement.

Relationship to Intellectual Property

Scientific Advisory Oversight does not confer inventorship, title, ownership, licensing rights, or intellectual property interests of any kind related to systems, software, or patents held by Grasso & Co., LLC.

Technical implementations, proprietary source code, system methods, and backend execution-layer architectures remain strictly outside the scope of advisory disclosure unless otherwise defined through separate, explicit written non-disclosure agreements.
