Scientific Advisory Oversight

Independent, Non-Binding Review in Support of Governed System Execution

© 2026 Grasso & Co., LLC. All rights reserved.
DLEV Studio is an internal, non-commercial execution and evaluation initiative of Grasso & Co., LLC.
This site is informational only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or agreement.

Purpose

Scientific Advisory Oversight within the Studio exists to provide independent, non-binding guidance on the scientific validity, translational boundaries, and governance posture of systems evaluated within the Studio execution boundary.

Its role is to challenge assumptions, test framing, and surface blind spots early—before systems propagate beyond controlled evaluation environments or encounter external institutional, funding, or commercial pressures.

Scope of Advisory Input

Advisory input may include perspective on:

  • Scientific and clinical framing of system architectures

  • Translational feasibility and boundary conditions

  • Evaluation assumptions and methodological coherence

  • Governance posture, ethical considerations, and institutional risk

Advisory input is focused on architectural intent and evaluative framing, not implementation detail or operational execution.

Boundary Conditions

The Scientific Advisory Board operates strictly in an oversight and advisory capacity.

Advisors do not:

  • Participate in system execution or development

  • Author or co-author scholarly or technical work produced within the Studio

  • Contribute to reduction to practice of any filed system architecture

  • Hold or receive intellectual property rights

  • Engage in commercialization, licensing, or venture activity

  • Represent the Studio or Grasso & Co., LLC in any institutional capacity

Participation does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or responsibility for downstream decisions.

Engagement Model

Advisory engagement is intentionally limited and structured to preserve independence and rigor.

  • Engagements are time-bounded and scoped to specific questions or review intervals

  • No standing operational role or ongoing obligation is assumed

  • Advisory feedback may be oral or written and is non-binding

  • The Studio retains sole responsibility for execution decisions and outcomes

This model is designed to support clarity without entanglement.

Relationship to Governance

Scientific Advisory Oversight functions as one element within the Studio’s broader governance posture.

Advisory input informs—but does not control—internal decisions regarding system continuation, correction, or termination. Governance authority remains entirely within the Studio and its parent entity.

Membership

The Scientific Advisory Board is intentionally small and curated.

Membership is by invitation only and may include individuals with senior experience in clinical practice, scientific research, systems engineering, ethics, or institutional governance. Public disclosure of membership, if any, is selective and at the discretion of the Studio.

Relationship to Intellectual Property

Advisory oversight does not convey access to proprietary system implementations or confer inventorship, ownership, or rights in any intellectual property held by Grasso & Co., LLC.

Technical implementation details, methods, and system architectures are intentionally excluded from advisory disclosure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
