   DLeV Studio operates the PC Platform, including Precision Clinical Communicomics™ (PCC) and Precision Retail Communicomics™ (PRC). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our SMS messaging program.

2. Information We Collect
   · Mobile phone number — provided by the end user during opt-in or onboarding.
   · Profile responses — answers submitted in reply to enrichment questionnaires sent via SMS.
   · Message metadata — timestamps, delivery status, and session identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information
   · Deliver profile enrichment questionnaires and care-coordination notifications.
   · Update and maintain your profile within the PC Platform.
   · Improve platform quality and message delivery accuracy.

4. Information Sharing
   We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with:
   · Twilio, Inc. — our SMS delivery provider, solely for transmitting messages.
   · Authorized DLeV Studio staff operating the PC Platform.
   · Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law.

5. SMS Consent
   By opting in at dlevstudio.com/sms-optin, you agree to receive SMS messages from DLeV Studio. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

6. Data Retention
   Profile response data is retained for as long as the profile is active. Message metadata is retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Opt-Out
   Reply STOP to any message to immediately opt out. No further messages will be sent after a STOP request except a single confirmation.
