The Precision Clinical Communicomics™ (PCC™) Platform is developed through DLEV Studio and is built upon the proprietary intellectual property portfolio owned by Grasso & Co., LLC. DLEV Studio serves as the company's interdisciplinary research, development, validation, and commercialization environment, transforming scientific innovation into enterprise software solutions for healthcare and other communication-intensive industries.

Rather than directly providing healthcare services, DLEV Studio licenses the PCC Platform to healthcare organizations and physician practices for deployment within their own controlled clinical environments. Each licensed organization is solely responsible for patient care, regulatory compliance, security, governance, and the management of protected health information, while DLEV Studio provides the licensed software platform.

The initial clinical deployment of the PCC Platform is through M4 Salud LLC, a New Jersey physician practice dedicated exclusively to decentralized healthcare delivery. The practice provides physician services to patients residing in skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, assisted living communities, and private residences, leveraging the PCC Platform to support physician documentation, clinical workflow, communication, care coordination, and enterprise integration with electronic health record systems.

This deployment model creates a clear separation between intellectual property ownership, software innovation, and clinical operations. Grasso & Co., LLC owns and licenses the underlying technology, DLEV Studio advances research and product development, and licensed healthcare organizations utilize the platform to support real-world patient care within their own operational environments.

As the Precision Clinical Communicomics™ ecosystem continues to expand, additional physician practices, healthcare organizations, academic institutions, and enterprise partners may participate through licensed deployments, research collaborations, and strategic partnerships supporting decentralized and digitally enabled models of care.
